Q1 How can I get better price?
Q16. What's pressure your bottles can bear?
A: Usually our bottles can hold the pressure 0.15-0.2 Mpa or 1.5-2 bar or 20 psi -30 psi, which can be used for normal pressure drinks like Kombucha.
A: The price is negotiable. It can be adjusted according to quantity or package. Returning customers can get special discount.
Q2. Can I get a sample?
A: 1 or 2 Samples can be free, the air freight is collect or pay us in advance. We usually ship samples by DHL or FedEx . It takes 5-7 days to arrive differ from countries.
Q3. What is your minimum order quantity?
A: Stock Goods MOQ is 5000pcs. OEM style: 20,000pcs. We recommend a quantity based on the price which is cost effective for our customers.
Q4. Which payment method you can accept?
A: Generally we adopt T/T, Western Union, LC, PayPal, Escrow and Money Gram etc.
Q5: How much does my shipping cost?
A: It depends on the quantity of goods, The shipping method, and the country, use the website, Online inquiry to our sales.

A: Yes, that's what we good at. Pls send your design of bottle and LOGO, we can construct new molds emboss or print LOGO for you.

A: Yes. We could offer various printing ways: screen printing, hot stamping, label printing or label sticker.

A: Please provide PDF, AI or CDR vector graphics format for us.

A: We are direct factory who owns production lines and workers. Everything is flexible and no need to worry about extra charges by the middle man.

A: We have the following quality tests:
Step 1 measuring tests (weight, content, dimensions, etc.)
Step 2 destructive testing (internal pressure, pendulum swing impact, thermal shock, etc.)
Step 3 100% inline testing by inspection machines (wall thickness, crack testing, impurity testing, etc.)
Step 4 QC workman will check the goods randomly during the production.

Q15. Your products can be used in microwave and oven?
The high-borosilicate glass and high usage temperature is up to 400 °C, so it is safe. The soda lime glass can endure 70- 80 °C, we do not recommend to use them in microwave or oven, but we have a client cooked it in the cooker half an hour and it is not broken.
